Yes — all services at Evergreen Pathways are delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. That means we meet virtually through a private video platform, accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer. Because everything is online, I can work with any adult residing in the state of Maine — including those in rural or northern Maine where in-person mental health care can be hard to come by. No commute required.

Individual counseling sessions are $125 per 50 minutes. Evergreen Pathways is currently private pay only, meaning payment is made directly without going through insurance. I can provide a Superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement — check with your plan for details. Insurance options may be added in the future. Group sessions cost about $25-60 per week/meeting, depending on meeting legnth, topic etc. Professional Consulting prices are based on project size and type and would be clearly discussed prior to begining the partnership. 

An LCPC-C (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor — Conditional) is a fully credentialed Maine counselor who is completing the required post-graduate supervised hours before obtaining full LCPC licensure. I hold the LCPC-C credential, am nationally certified (NCC), and practice under clinical supervision in accordance with Maine Board of Counseling Professionals standards. Your care is held to the same ethical and clinical standards as any fully licensed provider. 

The first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been going on, and what you're hoping to get out of counseling. I'll ask some questions, but there's no rigid script — it's a conversation, not an interview. You'll also have plenty of space to ask me anything. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what working together might look like going forward. 

Absolutely not — and honestly, most people don't. You don't need the perfect words, a clear diagnosis, or a specific goal to get started. If something feels off, heavy, or just not quite right, that's enough of a reason to reach out. We'll figure out the rest together.
