Hi, I’m Jessica — the heart behind Evergreen Pathways. I created this space for moms who are doing it all, yet feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply exhausted by the constant demands of life. Through group and individual coaching, I help women slow down, find clarity, and rediscover who they are beneath the “supermom” expectations. My approach is calm, compassionate, and grounded in real-life tools that foster balance and growth. Counseling services will be available next year, allowing me to walk even more closely with women on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
One-on-one coaching offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, unpack what’s been weighing you down, and begin to rebuild from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore patterns, boundaries, and tools that help you move from survival mode toward balance, clarity, and peace — at your own pace, and in a way that feels real and sustainable.
There’s something powerful about healing in community. Our group sessions bring together moms who understand the weight of doing it all — and the desire to grow beyond it. In this safe, encouraging space, you’ll find connection, reflection, and practical tools to help you move toward balance and self-compassion, surrounded by others on a similar path.

Rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, these sessions will provide a safe space to process, grow, and find renewed balance — blending the heart of coaching with the depth of therapeutic guidance.
